Description
Five metre stretch hand wraps for boxing, kickboxing, Muay Thai and MMA. The cheapest piece of equipment in the shop and the one that prevents the most injuries.
Why five metres
Shorter wraps only pad the knuckles. Five metres is enough length to wrap the wrist properly as well, and the wrist is the joint that gets hurt when a punch lands slightly off. If you are learning to wrap, longer is easier, not harder.

- 5 metres of stretch blend fabric, so you set the tightness yourself
- Hook and loop closure that holds through a full session
- One size, fits adults and juniors
- Machine washable, and they need it
Buy two pairs
Wraps hold sweat. If you train more than twice a week, one pair is always in the wash, which is how people end up training without them.

Size and fit
Gloves are sized by weight in ounces, not by hand size. Apparel is cut relaxed, so take your normal size for the intended fit or drop one size for something closer to the body. Full guidance, including which glove weight to buy, is on our size guide.

Delivery and returns
Free standard shipping Australia wide on orders over $99. Orders under $99 are charged a flat rate, shown at checkout before you pay.
Dispatched in 1 to 2 business days, delivered in 3 to 7 business days once it is on its way, with tracking sent as soon as it ships. Returns are free. Local pick up from either gym is available at checkout.
